Target (real name Darren Joseph) is a grime producer from East London. He was a former member of Pay As You Go, but after the crew disintegrated he went on to form Roll Deep with Wiley, Breeze and Flow dan. He is recognised as one of the figureheads of Roll Deep, especially since that Wiley has been focussing on solo projects.

Target hosts his own radio show on the BBC station 1xtra, playing hip hop and other urban music as well as grime. The show currently on Sunday evenings from 7-9. He is also responsible for the Aim Higher series of grime DVDs.


Matthew ‘MafDotYou' Francis, first broke into the music industry as an artist in 2011. After realising his interests were more aligned to the business aspects of the genre, he launched his first business Spotlight Entertainment, in events management.

Spotlight would prove successful and helped him build connections in the entertainment industry, whilst forming a young, talented team around him. Spotlight has since hosted some of the Midlands’ biggest national tours, festivals, club nights and concerts, with artists such as J Hus, Mostack, Mist, Sneakbo and Krept and Konan making appearances and guest-performing. His work with Spotlight placed him at number 4 on The Midlands Urban Entrepreneurs List for 2014 and 2015, whilst also ghost-writing for many successful artists, helping creating a number of hits in the UK.


Lisa Maffia (born 16 June 1979) is an English singer-songwriter, musician, fashion designer, model and presenter, who originally came to the public's attention as the main female member of So Solid Crew. Whilst in So Solid, the singer notched up five top 20 hits, including a platinum-selling single "21 Seconds" and a platinum selling album They Don't Know. As a solo artist, she has released two top 10 singles and an award-winning album including the platinum selling single "All Over".
